Fun at harrods

A good plan for a wet Saturday - An afternoons at Harrods. I was so surprised at how much fun we had in the ritzy department store. We were there for hours just exploring and watching. The toy department had lots of merchandise out in use so drone planes were whizzing past, and electric cars crashing around, along with giant Lego displays. We drooled over lovely stuff in the Christmas department, and then took some time to decide where we would take a rest stop. Finally opting for the ice cream bar, which was next to the pizza bar, where a pizza dough throwing chef sung  opera highlights in great tenor fashion. And the sundae we shared, while astronomically expensive ( yet one of the cheaper options) was absolutely delicious.
Oh, and I saw the perfect throw for our couch at home, vibrant orange, soft cashmere, gorgeous weave, and just as I was thinking how I could rationalise a largish purchase to Heather, and turned the label, already guessing it was going to be pricy but worth it, I blinked, thinking there must be too many 0,s, but a closer look sadly revealed that there would be no justification that would support this purchase at 1500 pounds ($3623).
